  • Using Health Insurance Benefits

We are in-network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, and United Healthcare plans. Because there are so many insurance plans and coverage for the services we provide varies greatly, please complete a new patient intake and be as specific as possible with your insurance information. Once we receive your intake, we will verify your benefits and call you with the information your insurance company provides us. To receive the most up to date benefit information, we recommend that you call your insurance company directly. Please remember that a verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment. You will still be responsible for all charges, if your insurance company does not pay.

  • No Insurance? Ask us about Patient Options

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we provide a very affordable alternative called Patient Options. Patient Options is a discount managed care organization that allows patients access to medical care at reduced fees. We are legally able to offer self-pay patients a discount. Patients join for free and receive a discount based on the providers’ registration with Patient Options. There is no fee for you to join. Patient Options lessens the financial burden on you to get care. Please call our office directly for pricing at (931) 444-5955.

  • Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
    • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
    • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
    • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
    • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
